| Marko Elgart is professional boxer from New York City. He was born and raised in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen. Marko began boxing at the age of 13. By 15, Marko moved to Catskill, NY and trained under Mike Tyson's former trainer: Kevin Rooney. During college, Marko was recruited to the University of Arizona Boxing Team. Marko turned pro in 2000. Marko has trained with boxing's biggest names. Marko was also an accomplished stand-up comedian for many years. LATEST NEWS - Marko has signed with management to make his return to the ring in early 2008. |
